Teresa Ramos and Tim Henderson, with a combined real estate experience of 37 years, founded RE/MAX Infinity Real Estate on their belief that customer satisfaction is the key to all success.
They selected affiliation with REMAX in 1997, and have distinguished themselves and their company as top Multi-million dollar producers.
The RE/MAX Infinity Real Estate office is fully automated, including in-house networking of all computers. By entering customer information once, all data become immediately available to staff and associates.
In addition, RE/MAX Infinity Real Estate is also networked with the Multiple Listing and Information Service, the courthouse tax and property statistics records, the school system, governmental agencies, the Real Estate Press and their own website.

The Graduate Realtor Institute designation, conferred by the National Association of Realtors, is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate. The program's focus in on practical real estate training. |

The Certified Residential Specialist designation, conferred by the Residential Sales Council of the Realtors National Marketing Institute, recognizes real estate agents for proven experience in marketing residential property. To earn the designation, agents must complete a program of advanced study covering areas such as investment real estate and real estate-related taxes. The Realtors National Marketing Institute is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Less than 4 percent of all Realtors hold the CRS designation. RE/MAX has the highest percentage of CRS affiliates in the industry. |

The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABRŪ) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria. The criteria are:
- Completed the comprehensive two-day REBAC course in buyer representation
- Successfully passed a written examination
- Demonstrated a practical experience of having completed five closed real estate transactions in the field of buyer representation.
- Received recommendations from two of the real estate practitioners buyer clients.
- Be a member in good standing with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ
Look for those real estate agents that proudly display the ABRŪ designation and know that they are professionals in the field of buyer representation.

An e-PRO is a REALTORŪ who has successfully completed the e-PRO training program for real estate professionals. Endorsed by the National Association of REALTORSŪ, the e-PRO course teaches professionals the nuts and bolts of working with real estate on-line: Web sites, e-mail, on-line tools, and most of all, what today's consumer really wants.
