RE/MAX Renowned Properties serves the specialized needs and interests of affluent buyers and sellers. The program provides demographically tailored marketing for exclusive properties and signifies to discriminating clients the exceptional service they can expect.
The RE/MAX Renowned Properties program assists Sales Associates who work with high-end properties, giving them the ability to create individualized marketing plans. Eligibility to use the various aspects of the program is based solely on the listing price of a property. Each region has its own criteria; New Mexico's is $500,000.
